About the role
Primary Focus:
Develop our React Native mobile application and TypeScript/Postgres backend that supports it. You'll move fluidly between mobile and backend development based on team needs and project requirements.
Guide architectural decisions, code quality, and development practices.
The Bigger Picture:
Work directly with our CTO, marketing team and data scientists to deliver new features. You'll be part of a team that's not afraid to push boundaries and adopt the latest technologies.
Dive into infrastructure, security, auditing, monitoring, logging, analytics, and KPIs. We have a robust DevOps infrastructure, but we love developers who want to understand the full stack.

Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada;
5+ years of professional software development experience (mobile preferred), including technical ownership;
Expertise in hands-on React Native development with TypeScript, cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and infrastructure as code (Terraform);
Strong experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions preferred)
Proficient in designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases (Postgres preferred)
