Our 2025 fellowship program currently has two open vacancies for Senior full stack developers. The compensation package for these six-month contracts is equity-only based on an accelerated vesting schedule. These roles are flexible, remote and may lead to full time employment as the company launches.

Early market testing has demonstrated a high demand for our offering and our founders are looking to assemble a like-minded team to refine our initial product offering.
About you
You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy the frenetic energy of an early-stage tech start-up. You might be looking to gain AI R&D experience between contracts, looking for something more flexible to help you balance family life or simply looking to become part of an exciting start up during its first few months of commercial activity.
The right candidate would possess the following:
- Laravel and PHP experience: Refactoring and optimizing legacy codebases.
- Backend systems design: An understand of how to design efficient and scalable backend systems, including event-driven systems. Experience in both monolithic systems and modular or microservices-like architectures is beneficial.
- DevOps skills: Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments (e.g., Digital Ocean or AWS). Experience with deployment automation and infrastructure management is a plus.
- Team collaboration: Experience working in collaborative team environments, performing code reviews, and mentoring other developers. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Testing and automation: How implementing and improving testing frameworks, especially using tools like PHPUnit, and integrating them into CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of OAuth2 authentication, API integrations, and security best practices.
- React & TypeScript, and a plus if you have experience with Tailwind & Next JS
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with infrastructure (e.g., Digital Ocean, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience transitioning from monolithic architectures to more modular or scalable systems
