About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.
We are looking for an experienced frontend/fullstack software engineer to work with our AI team to ship AI messaging products that customers want. You'll be the first fullstack attached directly to the AI team to iterate on product experiments rapidly. For the first six months of projects, you'll be focusing solely on frontend work, with the potential opportunity to expand to some backend work if desired and if needed for a project.
Our frontend tech stack: TypeScript, React & Redux. Our backend stack is primarily Golang with AI code in Python.
You'll work in our San Francisco office (FIDI). Please be aware that due to the low success rate of the H1B visa lottery, we are unable to sponsor new visa applications.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- >= 3 years experience
- Develop on a modern tech stack built with the latest technologies. (Typescript + React + Redux)
- Build efficient, reusable, and testable products and systems.
- Lead system architecture design decisions.
- Able to work independently, move fast, and deliver results in a remote setting.
- Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Fullstack experience and backend exposure are a big plus
