We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing complex, high-quality web applications.
This role requires a deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modern development best practices. You will be responsible for building and scaling user interfaces, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser–compatible interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and usability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Expertise in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building and maintaining complex, scalable web applications
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
- Proficiency in integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Experience with frontend performance optimization and architecture design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
