Senior Frontend Engineer

About the project

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join a newly formed team responsible for building an AI orchestration platform from the ground up. The team is focused on designing and delivering a modern, scalable web-based solution that enables advanced AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to shape the frontend architecture and user experience, while contributing to key technical and product decisions from an early stage.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing commercial web-based applications

• Strong frontend expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

• Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and libraries, preferably React

• Experience building data-driven web applications

• Practical knowledge of SOLID programming principles

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs

• Experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g. Node.js, NPM, Vite)

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized working style

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, develop, test, and maintain web-based frontend applications

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Product Managers to deliver features aligned with product requirements

• Implement new functionalities and maintain existing codebases

• Ensure high-quality, clean, and well-tested code by following best practices and coding standards

• Participate in and lead code reviews, supporting other engineers in the team

• Create, maintain, and own technical documentation

• Assist engineering and support teams with debugging and troubleshooting

• Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

• Contribute to defining team processes, development workflows, and tooling

• Proactively contribute to research, discovery, and specification phases for new product features
