What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
Establish best practices for UI development, ensuring high-quality code and design consistency across the platform.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, implementing innovative solutions to enhance user interaction.
Mentor junior UI engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
4 to 6 years of experience in UI engineering or frontend development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in design and functionality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
