Your mission 🚀
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. You'll build features that empower sales reps to build meaningful customer relationships. If you're passionate about frontend development and eager to make a significant impact, read on.
Your responsibilities 🗓

Participate in technical discussions and decision-making with the product engineering team, and engineering more broadly.

Gain an understanding of our users’ needs and our broader business needs and work to achieve them through pragmatic engineering decisions in conjunction with the team.

Collaborate with the team on best practices for frontend architecture, component libraries, frontend testing, and more.

Own features for the full lifecycle, from discovery through post-release.

Work closely with product and design on feature ideation and iteration.

Help create a robust frontend engineering community and practice at Endgame.

Participate in and help iterate on our sprint process, code reviews, and product meetings.
Our ideal candidate 🏅

Has roughly four or more years of experience as a software engineer focusing on frontend product development.

Has a track record of ownership and driving large product features to successful delivery.

Has experience collaborating closely with design and product to iterate on feature requirements.

Thrives in a small company/early-stage startup setting and is comfortable with a low-structure environment and high levels of ambiguity.

Is an excellent collaborator and proactive communicator with a bias toward written communication.

Is comfortable working remotely and often asynchronously.

Has some prior experience with our frontend stack and design tooling: Next.js, GraphQL, Apollo and Figma.

Has previous experience working on data-heavy applications and interfaces.
