Aletiq is building a first of its kind technical data platform for industrial manufacturing. Manufacturers still operate in a way in which data is fragmented, operational teams are siloed and errors are a source of recurrent quality problems. With manufactured products becoming increasingly complex, the existing model and tools to support it are not sustainable, and engineers need a new way to design and industrialise.

Our data platform creates a single source of truth to solve these challenges and drive transformation and collaboration in the industrial manufacturing sector. Aletiq touches every role in the industrial creation chain, enabling collaboration from concept to production and helping companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost effective. Our platform is already deployed in over 50 different factories across 10 countries and is currently used by thousands of people.

Having recently secured a €6m seed round from Point Nine, we are currently adding key hires to help accelerate and support our growth curve.

• Developing an intuitive product: we are different from any other PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system available on the market, introducing simplicity, speed and flexibility to a legacy ecosystem.

• Raising the bar: the quality of our product is critical to our users, requiring strong performances, the smallest issue can have a huge impact on their production line.

• Solving challenges: unify complex product data with versioning, configuration management and hierarchical information, allow our users to enhance their complex business processes with automation

• Redesigning of the home page: Creating a dynamic, high-performance dashboard with customizable widgets and real-time updates.

• Developing dedicated interfaces and workflow for specific use cases, that adapt to each persona, ensuring an optimal interface for our diverse users needs.

• Working with our designer to improve the design system to minimize the need for custom styling of components across the application

We are expanding our Tech & Product team, reporting directly to Jérémie Fraudeau, co-founder & CTO, you’ll be working alongside talented individuals: 7 Software Engineers, 1 Product Manager and 1 Product Designer.

Software Engineers at Aletiq are fullstack, you’ll be working on both the frontend and backend (70/30) to ensure full visibility and ownership of the features you develop.

Frontend: Typescript, React, Tanstack Query, Tailwind, RadixUI, Storybook

Backend: Haskell, PostgreSQL, nginx

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications.

• Fullstack engineering experience with a deep React and TypeScript expertise.

• A passion for crafting seamless user experiences and collaborating closely with designers to refine every interaction.

• Interest in backend development. We use Haskell on the backend, but you don’t need prior experience—curiosity and willingness to learn is enough. We’ll support you with mentoring and pair programming.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and driven team.

• You thrive in ownership, taking full responsibility for building and refining impactful features.

Our platform enables the most innovative manufacturing companies (nuclear, aerospace, electronics...) to store and manage all their product IP in the cloud. This comes with huge engineering challenges in terms of safety, resilience, performance with heavy CAD files, real-time collaboration...

Aletiq is a product-first company and the engineering team is at the forefront. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll be the architect and the builder of our product platform, making it the new industry standard.

As an early-stage startup, we value spending time together so operate a hybrid model (2 days in office/3 days remote).
