ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a front-end developer, proficient with React.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing user interfaces for complex web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, performant, and elegant solutions. Beyond writing clean and maintainable code, you’ll drive best practices, mentor other developers, and contribute to shaping our frontend architecture and technical direction.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end code systems that drive complex web applications (mobile friendly)
- Analyze and strategize to implement requirements and UX/UI interface designs
- Maintain and improve multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with Product Owner, back-end Developers and Designers to improve usability
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Provide deep software development knowledge with respect to front-end architecture, UX/UI design, and programming
- Delegate the work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU BRING:
- Experience with web development Best Practices
- +5 years of experience with React, Typescript, React framework (Gatsby, Next.js), Node.js, Redux
- Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and architecture
- Ability to work on a small team on a wide-ranging set of projects and technologies
- Experience in serverless AWS Cloud Environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Bachelor's degree preferred
