About the Role!
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to various challenging and impactful projects.
In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams on initiatives related to a leading wealth-management and portfolio-reporting platform used across the financial industry. You’ll help build and maintain high-performance, client-facing applications that integrate with our customer's data model, APIs, and reporting workflows.

What You'll Do:
Application Development
- Build and maintain modern web applications using React and related technologies.
- Implement scalable, modular, and performant frontend architectures tailored to different use cases.
Feature Development
- Design and develop features that meet the diverse needs of our clients across industries.
- Ensure seamless integration with APIs and optimize frontend performance for large datasets and complex workflows.
User Experience Enhancement
- Address UX challenges to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers to implement cohesive and visually engaging UI components.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning sessions.
- Contribute to team standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience building React applications from scratch.
- Ability to architect all components of back-end projects
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React frameworks.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or React Hook Forms.
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with complex datasets.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced development environment.
