For our Lugano Office, we are looking for professionals to join our organization as Senior Frontend Engineer (React) to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for an international client.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously improve and optimize existing codebases, ensuring performance and maintainability
- Take ownership of your work — from architecture to testing — and ensure code quality through best practices and peer reviews
- Stay up to date with modern web technologies, driving technical innovation and continuous improvement
- Share knowledge and mentor team members in an AGILE and international environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of proven experience developing modern front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Solid hands-on skills with Redux, React Router, React Query, and React Hook Form
- Experience with unit and integration testing tools such as Jest
- Proficiency in HTML5, SCSS, and building responsive, pixel-perfect UI
- Familiarity with Java and REST APIs is a strong plus
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- This is an on-site role based in Canton Ticino (Switzerland)
- We offer a hybrid work arrangement; full remote arrangements are not available
