As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the solutions we deliver to clients across web and mobile platforms. You’ll stay hands-on with code, while also acting as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders and internal partners. This is not a team management role — it’s a leadership role for someone who can build trust through technical depth, clarity of communication, and the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
We're looking for someone who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and coding, as they are leading architectural discussions, guiding technical strategy, and engaging with clients and internal managers to move initiatives forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, web and/or mobile development experience. 2+ years experience as a technical lead.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Exposure to Python in the backend, with the ability to read, debug, and contribute to Python-based services or integrations
- Strong understanding of vanilla javascript, ES6 as well as Typescript
- Experience working with Retool platform
- Experience working with HTML5 and CSS3, responsive design, flexbox, SCSS, SASS or LESS
- Proficiency building web components (for e.g. custom elements, shadow dom)
- Experience with third party UI libraries (e.g. PrimeVue, Bootstrap, Material UI)
- Experience with unit testing
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, processes and tools (eg. Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Travis CI)
- Understanding of Cloud Computing and Serverless Architecture, preferably AWS.
- Understanding of agile principles and methodologies
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express
- Experience with TDD

- You have prior experience in consulting
