Job DescriptionProject is a platform that is being developed to streamline onsite operations in multifamily property management. Designed through extensive user research, the product integrates generative AI directly into daily workflows—supporting tasks like communication, scheduling, and documentation—to improve team productivity and elevate service quality.
This role focuses on backend development and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI capabilities and building scalable services from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain user interfaces using React and modern front-end libraries.
- Translate wireframes and design specs into functional, user-centered interfaces.
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Work closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Implement frontend architecture that supports AI-driven user flows and dynamic content.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., Redux, TypeScript, Material UI).
- Experience developing UI components and managing design systems.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end applications with AI APIs or dynamic data-driven systems is a plus.
- Strong sense of user experience and product quality.
- Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
