We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and functionality of our user interface. This individual will collaborate closely with designers and back-end engineers to drive the development of innovative, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining dynamic, interactive, and user-centric interfaces tailored to our customers.
• Establishing and upholding front-end development standards and best practices.
• Collaborating seamlessly with team members, product managers, and stakeholders to craft solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Partnering with designers to ensure a harmonious transition from design to implementation, guaranteeing a unified and cohesive visual experience across our applications.
• Writing, updating, and overseeing unit, integration, and automated UI tests to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Upholding SDLC best practices through meticulous peer code reviews

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in crafting secure, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web applications.
• Mastery of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. 
• Profound expertise using React.js.
• Experience using Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Proficiency in translating high-fidelity mockups into dynamic, interactive digital interfaces while preserving intricate design components. 
• Experience with state management libraries, particularly Mobx.
• Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies, preferably with tools like Jest, Testing Library and Playwright.
• Proficient in consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with a solid understanding of asynchronous request handling.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures is beneficial.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, complemented by an insatiable desire to learn.
• A proven history of delivering intricate projects within stipulated timelines in enterprise-level production settings.
• A blend of strategic vision and technical prowess, with an unwavering commitment to execution.
