Senior Front End Engineer - React

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can design and develop web application solutions in a variety of languages.

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Front End Engineer specializing in React who is capable of seeing features through from design to delivery, helping drive requirements, development, and write tests. In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the development of front-end applications from design to launch within your team’s workstream.
• Build and maintain features in alignment with the company’s mono-repo for front-end applications.
• Serve as a strong React developer, implementing best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and component-based implementation plans.
• Work closely with platform teams to leverage reusable components and internal tooling for efficient development.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of front-end features in production.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to peers to maintain engineering excellence.
• Contribute to team discussions on standards and design patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of feature-based architecture (feature-based code organization, domain-driven folder structure).

• Strong emphasis and knowledge of SOLID design principles applied to React, TypeScript.

• Experience using Playwright Testing Framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in front-end development.

• Proficiency in an enterprise-scale client-side framework, preferably React.

• Experience building component-based front-end applications and integrating with back-end APIs.

• Solid understanding of modern REST API standards and concepts.

• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and continuous delivery practices (CI/CD, feature flagging).

• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools like Datadog or Kibana.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
