Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to lead our development team in creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React 18, Redux, and integrating with Microsoft .NET Core backends. Proficiency in AWS services and prior experience in the cable industry are highly desirable.

What You'll Do:

User Interface Development: Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using React 18 and Redux, ensuring seamless integration with .NET Core back-end services.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to best practices in front-end development.

AWS Integration: Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale web applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable code and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application reliability.

Performance Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and decisions to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
What You'll Need:

Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

In-depth understanding of React 18 and its core principles.

Experience with state management libraries, particularly Redux.

Familiarity with integrating front-end components with Microsoft .NET Core back-end services.

Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment strategies.

Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
