Your Role
As our FP&A Lead, you are responsible for our company-wide planning routines, scenario modeling and stress testing, ad-hoc financial modeling of business cases, and the enabling planning infrastructure. This role is central to our strategic decision-making, reporting directly to our VP Strategic Finance and collaborating daily with the wider leadership team. It presents a unique learning opportunity and provides a path for growth into an FP&A leadership position.

Your Responsibilities
- Translate the company’s strategic initiatives and investments into our long-term business plan (3-5 years) and own the underlying LTP model.
- Lead and execute our yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting model and process, challenge all business inputs and liaise closely with all other departments.
- Perform scenario modeling and stress testing of our business plan with a focus on financial risk to inform thorough decision making by our senior management.
- Support other teams across the company with financial analyses and modeling of business cases to assess the viability of new initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable business planning tool that integrates with SAP S4/Hana to improve the integrity and scalability of our financial models and planning processes.
- Contribute to the organization’s success by building and nurturing a high-performing FP&A team.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in Controlling and/or FP&A in a fast-paced environment
- You demonstrate expertise in budgeting and forecasting, coupled with advanced financial modeling abilities.
- You successfully lead your own projects and demonstrate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholder management approaches. iFirst people leadership experience is a plus.
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, business administration, or similar.
- Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS - relevant certification is considered a plus.
- You are a self-starter with strong analytical skills and you work with great attention to detail.
- You are quick on your feet, well organized and an excellent team player.
- Fluent in English.
