What is this role?
This Senior FP&A Analyst role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key area of growth for the company. You’ll be a member of a strategic and enterprising team that’s responsible for ensuring accuracy of financial data and the analysis of metrics which drive management decision making. Financial analysis experience is required, while experience in forecasting or financial information systems is strongly preferred.
Our ideal candidate is motivated, eager and passionate about accounting and financial reporting as disciplines and excited to grow professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong communicator with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, this person should also be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a strategic team.

- Driving Results: A finance resource for decision makers, this role strives to add value to their processes.
- Taking Ownership: Working autonomously to enhance the timeliness and depth of management reporting, this role owns several high-impact deliverables.
- Making Decisions: Across a variety of scheduled & ad-hoc initiatives, this role is challenged to provide actionable insight as well as alternative perspectives by leveraging financial experience & expertise.
- Cultivating Relationships: Working closely with stakeholders company-wide, this role needs to effectively build working relationships and ensure messaging is effectively catered to the audience.
- Instilling Trust: Perform appropriate diligence with a keen eye for detail to ensure other departments can trust analysis and rely upon us for financial expertise.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights that support data-driven decision-making and enhance value for both internal partners and end customers.
What background should you have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA and/or CMA a plus
- Minimum 2 years managing financial data, forecasting experience preferred
- Prior experience managing a financial information system preferred
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) - financial modeling a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
