Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our

team during a transformative Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project. This position is critical in

representing the FP&A function within a global financial services organization, ensuring that

business requirements are effectively translated into system capabilities. The ideal candidate will

have a proven track record of implementing reliable procedures and controls to support efficient

financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis in reference to capital and

operating expenses. Also, the person will have deep FP&A expertise, strong analytical skills, and

experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and optimization phases.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation Support

o Act as the primary liaison between the FP&A function and the ERP implementation

team, including IT, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.

o Collaborate with business units to gather, document, and validate FP&A-specific

requirements for the Oracle ERP Cloud system.

o Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the system design meets FP&A

forecasting, budgeting, and reporting needs.

o Review and validate configuration, integrations, and data migration to align with

FP&A objectives.

o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for FP&A-related modules and processes.

2. Data & Process Optimization

o Evaluate current FP&A processes and identify opportunities for automation and

efficiency gains within the Oracle ERP framework.

o Assist in the design and implementation of advanced reporting and analytics tools,

such as Oracle EPM.

o Ensure the alignment of financial data structures, hierarchies, and reports with

organizational goals and compliance standards.

3. Change Management & Training

o Serve as a change agent for the FP&A function, championing the adoption of the

Oracle ERP Cloud system.

o Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for FP&A team members on

system functionality and best practices.

o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during post-implementation

stabilization.

4. Strategic Analysis & Business Partnering

o Partner with leadership to deliver insights into system impacts on FP&A operations

and overall financial performance.

o Support strategic initiatives by leveraging the enhanced capabilities of the Oracle

ERP system.

o Continuously seek out innovative solutions to enhance the value delivered by the

FP&A function.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related

field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA is a plus.

• Experience:

o 7+ years of experience in FP&A roles, preferably in multinational or financial

services organizations.

o Proven track record in ERP implementation projects, with direct involvement in

Oracle ERP Cloud or similar platforms.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

o Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase or similar analytics tools is

preferred.

o Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system integrations.

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

across diverse teams.

o Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

o Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a

fast-paced environment.
