We are seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise level companies working with complex systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills. In this role you will lead multi-platform projects, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with clients to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of robust and maintainable Flutter applications.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
- Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and proactive problem-solving within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing both internally and outside of the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years using Flutter and Dart.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver production-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns and testing strategies.
- Experience with state management using Flutter bloc.
- Experience with backend integration and CI/CD pipelines, as well as strong documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Navigates ambiguity with ease.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, multi-project setting.
- Leadership grounded in empathy, clarity and technical excellence.
- A client-oriented mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Total Rewards
VGV wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The initial annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $130k-$145k. We benchmark every role based on location and against comparable companies to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as location, experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications and other job-related factors.
