About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time basis (40h/week) and contribute to multiple client projects. You'll work across different industries – including fintech and digital banking – building modern mobile applications used by real end customers.
One of the key projects involves building a brand-new mobile application based on an already existing web platform. The product focuses on investment and portfolio management features, including secure authentication, portfolio overview, stock tracking, payments integration, and real-time financial data connectivity.
The first MVP is planned for delivery within 4–5 months, after which the product roadmap continues with additional features and long-term development plans. You may also contribute to other mobile modernization and redesign projects within the fintech space.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Take ownership of features end-to-end – from architecture decisions to delivery
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and real-time data solutions
- Contribute to code reviews and uphold engineering standards across projects
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and state management
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Good English and Lithuanian communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Native iOS/Android development background
- Experience working on MVP-stage products
