Reporting to the Global Production Assurance Manager, the role will involve carrying out SPS (subsea production systems) Flow Assurance analysis. It will be also interfacing with other project disciplines to assist delivery of a wide variety of projects to our clients.
 

As a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Global Production Assurance Manager in the delivery of high caliber support to projects and customers
• Working with international team to execute Oil and Gas thermo-fluid multiphase analysis for FEED and Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects
• Supporting Risk Assessment, HAZOP, and Interface Engineering within the boundaries of product standards
• Organizing and scheduling events, activities and resources and be accountable for performance
• Assisting in field development studies, tenders, and EPC projects
• Promoting and ensuring compliance to company, regulatory EHS requirements and regulatory Quality management systems, EHS Plan, Quality Plan, and related requirement
• Writing calculations, technical notes, reports, and presentations as required for efficient communication of analysis to the customer
• Ensuring delivery of flow assurance scopes within cost, quality, and schedule limits

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, or Physics or a related discipline
• Have thermal, FIV and erosion analysis work experience
• Have a working knowledge of Upstream Oil & Gas projects in FEED, detailed design, installation, and operations support
• Have working experience with CFD software such as Ansys CFX/Fluent, STAR CCM is must have. Other flow assurance software such as OLGA, PVTsim, Pipe-sim and HYSIS is desirable but not essential.
• Be fluent in English, oral and written
• Be oriented on goals (used to producing high quality studies to tight deadlines)
• Be comfortable when presenting technical study results to customers
• Have good understanding of the oil and gas industry and the requirements for reliable and robust solutions and on-time, quality delivery
