Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday and some Saturdays Required
  • 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, etc

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently in a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) II role at Bank of America 

  • Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66 

  • Holds professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor 

  • Minimum of one year in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services 

  • Minimum of three years of financial services industry or sales experience 

  • Maintains a current book of $15m (for Field) 

  • Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration 

  • Displays a proactive mindset and effective time management 

  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset and prioritizes client interests 

  • Identifies appropriate client solutions through application of learnings and new information 

  • Applies relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and creating long-term client strategies

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Formulaic incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
