QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
Skills Required
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in Payments (MT/MX messages, Clearing & Settlement) as a BA
- Experience mapping message types: pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.009, pain.002, MT103, MT202, MT202Cov
- Experience working on a Payment Engine such as GPS and payment schemes such as SEPA
- Good understanding of different types of Clearing and Settlement methods
- Strong alignment with Agile ways of working
- Experience in 2-3 digital project deliveries in large banks
- Core BA skills: requirement gathering/management/prioritization, writing user stories, gap analysis, strong business acumen
- Experience working with senior and cross-geography stakeholders
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Experience working on transformation projects (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
