Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to the Tapestry executive leadership team and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position will also provide guidance, leadership and quality financial analysis to the individual programs in the portfolio. This role will offer a mix of in-office and telecommuting work.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and consolidation of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly forecast for the business.
- Act as a key finance focal within the BGS-Government division for the integration of multiple program financials and ad hoc analysis.
- Develops executive-level presentations for the BGS-Government Leadership Team.
- Makes recommendations to senior leaders on financial performance projects using financial data and business knowledge.
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders.
- Act as back up for other team tasking as part of the Tapestry core finance team
- Assist in Cost Policy and Customer Audit activities, as required (training will be provided)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 6+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales Analysis)
- 2+ years of experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision making
- Demonstrated presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Combination of experience performing analysis in U.S. Government and Commercial business environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Summary base pay range $99,450 - $117,000
