We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations within software development services departments and projects.
Serving as a CFO for these areas, this role focuses on strategic financial planning, stakeholder support, and financial processes oversight.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems, financial analysis, and scenario modeling to support informed decision-making.
Job DescriptionAct as a financial partner to software development services departments, providing strategic insights and guidance on financial performance
Monitor the financial health of various software production projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee and control financial processes within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
Support the automation and optimization of ERP-driven financial workflows
Perform what-if analyses to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions and operational changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility, resource allocation, and budget optimization
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for software development services and project-specific activities
Forecast revenue, costs, and financial performance for ongoing and future projects
Develop and track financial KPIs relevant to software development services
Analyze cost structures, profitability, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for improvement
Gain a deep understanding of departmental workflows and their financial implications
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance cost-effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in software development services environments
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and their financial modules
Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and what-if analysis
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for projects
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on process control and improvement
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders across technical and financial disciplines
A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities within financial operations
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS:Experience in financial oversight of software development services or related projects
Knowledge of managerial accounting principles as applied to project-based environments
