Job Title - Senior Financial Controller

Duration - Long Term

Work Mode- Remote (at least 2x a year office visit in Connecticut US)

Time Zone- Eastern Standard Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking Seeking an Experienced Financial Controller with 10-25 years of accounting expertise, specializing in managing financial operations for companies with $20M–$50M in revenue. Skilled in overseeing all accounting functions, excluding AR and AP, while leading AR and AP specialists. Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with experience in construction, building materials, or distribution industries. Familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus. Open to candidates with a CFO background.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 10-25 years of accounting experience.
• Financial Controller Experience
• Previous experience with companies with over $20m in revenue
• Qualified to complete all accounting related responsibilities for a $30m revenue window distribution company, except AR and AP (AR and AP specialists will work under the Controller)
• Previous experience managing AR and AP specialists
• Open to hiring CFO background.
• To work Eastern Standard Time
  Preferred Education and Certification:
• Experience using Great Plains software is a plus
• Previous Controller experience with companies up to $50m in revenue
• Experience in construction, building materials or distribution
