Pay Range: $ 81,000- $117,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Assist in the preparation of the “bottom-up” monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand and monitor the Company’s key performance indicators.
- Partner with operations as it relates to day-to-day operational management in accordance with the organization’s finance policies and procedures.
- Effectively work with other functional departments to ensure that the departmental expenses will not exceed forecasted targets.
- Create and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with site operations leaders and SFAs at other sites.
- Support business to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement and efficiency.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Understand systems used in cost accounting and productivity reporting to be able to assess accuracy
- Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained prior to payment
- Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence peers and support decision-making.
- Confident working independently, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting.
- 3+ years of operations finance experience, with strong knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics, LEAN manufacturing, labor analysis, productivity analysis and product costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI, AX and D365 is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player
- Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and time management
