Here is what you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance/Accounting. MBA desired.
- Experience in healthcare data analysis, variance analysis and information reporting; presenting financial information in a consumable format.
- Strong excel modeling with the ability to build models from scratch in a disciplined fashion, rollup multiple sheets and a strong understanding of financial statements.
- Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels
- Experience in building presentations for management.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Experience working in a multi-unit operations environment preferred.
- Knowledge in Adaptive is a plus
A Day in the Life of a Senior Financial Analyst:
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Capital budgeting and management throughout the year, including center operations and IT projects
- Forecasting monthly for capital expenditures
- Reporting on capital spend vs budget and forecast
- ROI analysis on new locations
- Center financial performance tracking
- Capital PO approval process – Initiating capital expenditure requests, monitor approval workflow, validating to budget
- Develops proforma modeling and ROI analysis to support strategic capital investments.
- Helps prioritize investments and capital expenditures through due diligence and active collaboration.
