Job Description Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the dynamic beauty industry. This position is responsible for analyzing financial performance, managing budgeting and forecasting activities, and supporting cash flow and banking operations. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team. This role supports key financial operations and provides insights that help drive business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with month-end close and management reporting.

• Help manage cash flow planning, bank relationships, and loan administration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to process improvements and help enhance overall financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related business field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel or financial analysis tools.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
