Job Description

Join Trove Brands' Finance team to drive profitable growth through pricing, forecasting, and commercial finance analysis. This new, hands-on role offers broad exposure across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Commercial Support
    • Design and implement pricing strategies to maximize margin and growth.
    • Provide real-time deal review, pricing models, and profitability validation for Sales.
    • Support contract negotiations and new-product pricing with robust analysis.
    • Maintain clear documentation and communication of customer profitability drivers.
  • Forecasting & Planning
    • Improve forecast accuracy and analyze promotion effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
    • Support monthly/quarterly/annual planning and reporting cycles.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Assist month-/quarter-end close tasks and prepare board/brand analytics.
    • Perform customer-, brand-, and SKU-level finance analysis (price-volume-mix, program profitability, cost-to-carry, SKU rationalization).
    • Respond to Marketing P&L inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Controls
    • Own royalty reporting, reconciliations, and contract compliance processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ finance experience in CPG or retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems, SQL and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to summarize complex data and work with imperfect inputs.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Syndicated data experience (Circana, IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, NPD) is a plus.
