Opportunity
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing financial, operational, and strategic expertise to support critical decision-making across the organization. This position reports to the CFO is responsible for performing detailed financial analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, cost management initiatives, and financial reporting system improvements.
- Conduct ongoing and ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support business initiatives including capital investments, strategic planning, M&A activity, and variance reviews.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and performance enhancements.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations through well-structured reports and presentations; engage with subject matter experts to implement and monitor outcomes.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects to support enterprise-wide objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective collaborator with the ability to work across departments and organizational levels.
- Comfort in communicating with clinical stakeholders, including physician leadership.
