Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) who will leverage their analytical and numerical expertise to support the Company across a range of teams. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this person will assist with the analysis behind monthly reporting, forecasting and budgets, KPI analysis and ad-hoc financial modeling, as required.

As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will be required to: 

• Prepare and provide financial reporting, variance analyses, and performance metrics to finance team and department leaders
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Support Envoy’s annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision making
• Serve as the company’s primary administrator for FP&A related systems and tools (DataRails)
• Leverage company supported tools to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline data presentation for stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

• Three to Six years of relevant financial analysis experience within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated success forging relationships and working effectively across functions
• Excellent quantitative, numerical reasoning and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet set deadlines
• Strong mathematical and MS Excel Skills – Advanced level of MS Excel required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Demonstrated expertise in use of FP&A and/or BI tools, DataRails experience preferred
