About the Role:

The Principal Analyst will be a key member of the Global DTC Finance team in developing and maintaining an effective financial planning, reporting and analysis process. The Direct-to-Consumer team (DTC) consists of four pillars: North America Security, North America Identity, International DTC, and global mobile teams. This candidate will maintain financial models and budgets, key KPIs, targets, and support ad-hoc modeling and analyses that drive actionable results for the International DTC team.

What you will do in the role:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director of International DTC and his team on business initiatives, growth opportunities, spend structure, business planning and integration.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trend analysis.

• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance against established targets and benchmarks.

• Manage all marketing spend for International DTC business, ensure teams track to quarterly and annual spend targets.

• Actively track all material initiatives and investments to summarize progress relative to commitments made during the planning process.

• Lead business unit planning processes.

• Creative and ad-hoc modeling that enables effective decision making.

What you need to be successful in the role:

• Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop insights that can help drive business decisions.

• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques.

• Naturally curious with a passion about the business, process improvements, attention to detail, and accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges and provide innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must. Experience with financial tools ideal: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI, Lookr.

• 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles.
