We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid Remote (home/office) who will report to the Director of Finance as part of the Hanger Clinic (HC) Finance Team. This position will support and/or lead key monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes along with providing financial support to the Revenue Cycle Management and other HC Shared Services teams.

Working from our corporate headquarters located in the Domain in Austin, TX, you will be responsible for financial modeling, variance analysis, supporting the close cycle, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will find satisfaction in digging into the details while solving problems and supporting various areas of HC operations. Your Impact

  • Assist in the development of monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets for the Patient Care segment
  • Assist in production of the monthly and quarterly business review presentations
  • Create, automate, and maintain monthly reports and routine analytics
  • Perform monthly close tasks including journal entries, flux analysis, and financial reporting during the close process
  • Perform ad hoc analyses - either at the direction of the Director of Finance or proactively to identify risks and opportunities within the business
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reporting focused on identifying underlying business trends and work to identify opportunities for improvement; ability to quickly create new financial schedules
  • Analyze financial and operational data, and develop financial models used to guide business decisions
  • Review and enhance analysis and analytical processes and controls
  • Act as financial resource for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, providing financial decision support, assisting in monthly forecasts, and preparing annual budgets
  • Support RCM team with analysis of project spend
  • Provide RCM team with monthly reporting and analyses on spend vs. budget
  • Support other Shared Services financial requests and decision support as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience within FP&A function at the corporate or division level
  • Hyperion Planning / Oracle EPM experience a plus
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point)
