Join our Finance team in Madison, WI as a Senior Financial Analyst. We are looking for a motivated individual who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo in the commercial finance space. This role will play a key role in analyzing pricing strategies, developing financial models, and supporting decision-making processes to optimize profitability across our brands. 

This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.  

A few (but not all) of this position's responsibilities are listed below: 

  • Conducts market research to identify pricing trends and customer preferences. 
  • Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, product costs, and revenue projections. 
  • Reviews product costs and margins to support pricing decisions. 
  • Drives insights and planning efforts on the cost of goods sold KPIs to optimize cost efficiencies and enhance profitability. 
  • Prepares and present pricing analysis reports to the finance team. 
  • Reviews customer price quotes from Sales, working closely with Sales to forecast sell prices and product mix for customer line reviews.

Education & Experience 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. 
  • Preferred experience in SAP and BW.
