WHAT YOU'LL DO:


The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company. This position requires a blend of traditional financial analysis with SaaS-specific expertise to support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial forecasting, and data analysis, and possess a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models.


Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.

Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between forecasted and actual results.

Prepare and present financial reports and support budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor presentations.

Analyze financial performance against key business metrics.


Revenue Operations:

Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.

Monitor sales pipeline, revenue trends, and key metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Streamline order-to-cash cycles to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams on revenue forecasting and pricing strategies.


Strategic Initiatives:

Conduct market analysis and partner with teams on new product launches, market expansions, and strategic projects.

Support fundraising efforts with financial modeling and due diligence.

Provide strategic financial recommendations to guide business decision-making.


Operational Excellence:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles, and key SaaS metrics.Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. 

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
