Your responsibilities at snuggs:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Analyze financial results and key business drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Present actionable insights to leadership, supporting strategic initiatives.
- Act as a financial advisor to cross-functional teams, providing support on operational decisions and project evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and accuracy in data reporting.
- Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dives into specific business areas, providing recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A projects, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., DTC, e-commerce, retail].
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abra) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
