- Opportunity to build a greenfield internal control system (ICS)
- High impact on finance processes and governance across the organization
- Key role in supporting audit and exit readiness
- Cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Group Accounting, and Reporting
- Ownership of finance process design in a multi-entity environment
- Design and implement finance processes and internal controls across the organization
- Own finance process design across O2C, P2P, and R2R
- Build and manage the internal control system (ICS) and risk-control framework
- Define governance standards and ensure compliance readiness
- Identify financial risks and implement effective controls
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to embed controls into operations
- Background in Internal Audit, consulting, or finance transformation
- Experience building internal control systems (ICS) and process frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial risk and compliance
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Structured, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset
