How You’ll Support Our Mission:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in creating pricing and conversion models, maintaining and optimizing the existing revenue models, and leading ad hoc strategic projects cross functionally. You will find innovative ways to support ROI based decision-making and inform stakeholders across the organization of the financial implications of key business decisions. Beyond strategic recommendations, you will oversee all facets of operational planning processes for ESO’s revenue streams, including budgeting, forecasting, and LRF (long-range forecasting).

What  You’ll Be Doing – The Day to Day:

• Leverage internal cross functional resources around competitor pricing, market trends, and customer data as well as product P&Ls to inform pricing recommendations.
• Collect and analyze data to build pricing models that determine optimal pricing for our products and services.
• Build bottoms-up revenue/ARR models for ESO’s verticals to better inform our financial forecasts/budgets.
• Develop a means to measure the accuracy of forward-looking revenue/ARR forecasts by comparing forecasts to actuals.
• Manage the business case ROI and postmortem process by tracking key projects, providing financial support to project DRIs where needed, and creating ROI models to optimize future investment decisions and drive growth.
• Partner with the FP&A team to support all cadenced key stakeholder communications, including Board of Directors presentations and investor updates.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects by collecting and analyzing data, creating meaningful strategic recommendations, and communicating them concisely to the broader leadership team.

Who You Are – The Essentials:

• You have relevant work experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Finance at fast-paced companies.
• You put the team first and lead by example, always seeking new ways to better collaborate with others.
• You have prior experience with pricing analysis and/or strategic pricing realization initiatives.
• You have a curiosity and thirst for knowledge that drives you to ask questions, dig deeper, and find new ways to approach problems.
• You are a master influencer who works seamlessly cross-functionally, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and communicates effectively to all levels within the organization.
• You are a data expert, who has strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• You manage your time optimally and independently to prioritize the most critical tasks first and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
