Role Overview

We are looking for experienced finance and investment professionals to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating realistic, high-difficulty financial tasks, developing gold-standard solutions, and reviewing outputs for technical accuracy, sound assumptions, and practical relevance.

The work may cover valuation, financial modeling, investment research, portfolio analysis, forecasting, credit assessment, and risk evaluation across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, equity research, credit, or corporate finance.

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: Full-time, 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote - Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia

PROCESS: short online test and delivery review

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-difficulty finance and investment tasks based on realistic professional scenarios.
  • Develop technically accurate, well-reasoned, gold-standard solutions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, assumptions, and practical relevance.
  • Review financial models, valuation analyses, forecasts, and investment recommendations.
  • Assess work involving DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and asset-based valuation.
  • Validate three-statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario models.
  • Review and calibrate the work of other contributors.
  • Maintain consistent quality across assigned tasks and daily reviews.
  • Identify genuine edge cases and unclear evaluation criteria.
  • Escalate complex cases and rubric ambiguities to the functional expert lead.

Requirements
  • 8–15 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit, equity research, or corporate finance.
  • CFA, CAIA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification, or substantial front-office or investment-desk experience.
  • Expert knowledge of DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and asset-based valuation.
  • Advanced experience building three-statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario models.
  • Proven ability to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and challenge financial assumptions.

Skills Required
