Role and responsibilities
As Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE, you partner with business leaders to guide financial planning and performance. You lead a small team and ensure high-quality financial insights that support decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the long-term financial planning and annual budgeting process for the EUV NXE Business Line.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reviews with accurate and relevant insights.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
- Support business case development to enable informed strategic decisions.
- Drive improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and reporting quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance management practices.
- Manage and develop a team of two direct reports.
Education and experience
To succeed as Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE, you bring:
- A master’s degree in business economics or a related field.
- A recognized controller qualification (e.g., Registered Controller).
- At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business control.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes.
- Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP BPC, SAP BW, and BI reporting.
- Background in high-tech or complex business environments.

The Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE reports to the Director of FP&A and has a dotted line to the Head of the business line control team. This role is based in the Netherlands and may involve occasional travel. ASML supports your growth through development programs and international career opportunities.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
