Responsible for managing the full set of accounts and overseeing daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including:
- Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
- Manage daily accounting functions such as transaction recording, journal entries, invoice issuance, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.

- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience handling a full set of accounts and multi-currency transactions.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and ABSS (MYOB)
- Knowledge of project accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Skills Required
