Working closely with Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting and other teams across Finance, the role brings together a clear view of financial performance, outlook, risks and opportunities for senior management.
The role will take ownership of core Group FP&A processes, including monthly performance reporting, short-term cash-flow forecasting and elements of the annual budget and in-year forecasting cycles. It will combine strong financial analysis with clear communication, ensuring complex information is translated into concise, accurate and insightful outputs for senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also play an important role in improving the team’s models, reporting and ways of working, using automation, data and technology to reduce manual activity and enhance the quality of financial insight.
Here at ASOS, working in Finance means working collaboratively with the business to deliver our mission. Simply put, the role of ASOS Finance is to build and protect business value. As a team, we enable ASOS to be its best self by:
- Driving long-term growth, profitability and free cash flow
- Implementing brilliant processes and controls, leveraging lean, automation and data science
- Ensuring ASOS delivers its shorter-term goals
- Building a leading team and defining new ways of doing finance
We love people who are as passionate about our journey as we are, who take initiative and embrace change. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear about your experience for the role of Senior Finance Analyst – Group FP&A.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least three days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create and succeed.
