What you'll do
- Supervise on-site audits, installations, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution both remotely and on-site.
- Direct multiple construction crews, electricians, and other third party service providers, both onsite and remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- .Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- .Maintain detailed documentation of service operations and customer interactions.
- Manage service projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Ability to recognize process gaps and implement improvements
- Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvements

- Travel up to 75% of the time.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience..
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a field service engineering role.
- Strong preference for experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong technical skills in relevant technologies/equipment
- Strong preference for experience with command line tools and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally
