  • Provide hands-on technical support and training to customer staff on system operation and maintenance
  • Develop and document field service procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
  • Collect and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement of our products and deployment processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment and warranty phases
  • Travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and support activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, material handling, or field service engineering
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Hands-on experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control system components
  • Familiarity with programming and configuration of industrial control systems, PLCs, and embedded software
  • Ability to interpret and execute software test procedures, as well as troubleshoot and run diagnostic routines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation technology with real-world impact
  • Hands-on experience with advanced robotics and material handling systems
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including travel compensation
