In this position
As a Sr FAE for Hailo.AI in the US, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing technology startup, contributing to Hailo's sales expansion in North America.
We are seeking a highly skilled and technical Sr. FAE with deep expertise in C++ or Python and extensive experience working in Linux environments. In this role, you will be hands-on, actively involved in coding, and able to confidently tackle complex technical challenges.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their coding proficiency by solving hands-on technical problems during the interview.
Collaborating closely with customers, partners, and headquarters staff, this role plays a key part in ensuring the best of Hailo’s technical expertise and experience are directed effectively and support is second-to-none. You will be working directly with key customers as their primary technical liaison, including a focus on Tier 1 and strategic customers. Additionally, you will provide a key role in technically supporting our partners, including distributors, HW & SW Vendors and integrators as needed to enable us to expand our channel.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption & satisfaction and directly impact revenue growth through effective pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, HQ application engineering, marketing, product management, and R&D to support and execute design win targets according to product roadmaps, market trends and management goals.
- Coordinate closely with HQ’s Customer Success teams and R&D teams to provide pre- and post- sales applications support. This includes clear communications between customers and Hailo, coordinating Hailo resources towards customer programs and strategic alignment with sales.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved support, product functionality and tools to foster Hailo’s future growth and improvement.
- Drive customer feedback and insights internally to inform product development, roadmap prioritization, and service improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to partners to enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and capabilities towards a goal of scaling Hailo support to our partners and channel
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our semiconductor solutions and gather market intelligence.
Requirements
- Location – remote position, preference on Chicago but strong candidates in other major markets are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel within the US in support of customers, partners up to 25%.
- It will be critical this person interfaces regularly during the week with HQ, and accounts for that time zone.
- Highly technical and hands-on with Expertise in C++, Python coding language and in a Linux environment.
- You should feel confident in coding. As part of the interview process, you would be expected to solve coding questions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in semiconductor solution selling (10+ years as an FAE)
- Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and industry trends.
- Experience at the solution level, with a strong understanding of HW & SW to debug issues, define solutions, and engage customers on their full AI system
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on driving customer success, satisfaction
- Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change
