As a Senior Experience Designer, you will specialize in crafting exceptional customer and employee experiences by utilizing human-centered design principles. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, designing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with clients to create intuitive and engaging experiences that drive customer loyalty and employee engagement. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on enhancing user interactions across various touchpoints, developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of experience design, working closely with clients to optimize interactions and deliver seamless experiences. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer and employee engagement, making a significant impact within the PwC framework.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing user-centered experience strategies to enhance customer and employee interactions
- Collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize touchpoints
- Utilizing design thinking and human-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
- Analyzing data to generate insights and recommendations for experience improvements
- Developing visual designs and interactive elements that align with brand recognition and customer experience strategies
- Leading the creation of digital customer experiences across various platforms, including mobile and web
- Applying industry trend analysis to stay current with emerging design practices and technologies
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather client requirements and feedback
- Mentoring junior team members in design methodologies and project execution
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
