JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform shift duty for gas & electricity market operations.
- Carry out and optimize real-time electricity bidding as well as routine gas nominations in accordance with the gas and electricity market rules.
- Update management on upstream supply, market conditions, and daily trading operations.
- Coordinate closely with power plant on plant dispatch and related matters.
- Coordinately closely with different business functions to derive value within the Power & Renewable line of business.
- Provide analytical support to business managers on commercial and regulatory matters.
- Liaise and collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders.
- Willing to work night trading hours.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in programming (e.g. VBA, Python) a plus.
- Good market knowledge on Singapore gas and power industry will be advantageous.
- Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
