Position: Senior Executive - ( Maharashtra Zone Panel )
Candidate Shall be Required to:-
1. Meet farmers & diagnose farmer requirements of Agri Inputs after assessing soil & crop conditions and suggest solutions.
2. Organize farmer meetings.
3. Conduct small informal farmer meetings (Chaupal).
4. Visit Dayal’s dealers, distributors, dedicated retail outlets, Malls to explain the company product’s characteristics and comparative advantages and to collect orders & payment from them.
5. Conduct market development activities to improve company’s brand as well as to generate awareness about Dayal’s products such as
Demonstration.
Campaigning (Jeep, Rickshaw, M/C etc.)
Postering etc.
6. Prepare and maintain contact and other essential details for key farmers.
Qualification Required:
B.Sc(Ag)/M.Sc (Ag)/MBA(Ag) degree from a recognized and reputed regular institute.
Skills Required:-
Should have a good understanding of pesticides, Seeds Agriculture practices, and deficiencies in different crops and their remedies.
Travel friendly and good in communication.
Good understanding of MS Office will be preferred.
Skills Required
- B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, or MBA Agriculture from a recognized and reputed regular institute
- Understanding of pesticides, seeds, agricultural practices, crop deficiencies, and remedies
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel
